Status Report on RHCC Land Sale & Development
At the 2025 HOA Annual Meeting held on Jan 13th, the homeowners in attendance voted 24-1 against any sale of HOA common area to provide access to the area RHCC has proposed to sell and develop. The HOA Board, based on legal counsel advice, determine that any land sale would require the approval of 27 of the 36 owners. The developer that had made a verbal offer to the HOA was notified of the results of the straw vote.

New Policy Dealing with Non Compliance with HOA Rules and Regulations
The attached policy was reviewed and approved by the Board at the meeting held on December 2, 2023. It was then approved by the homeowners at the 2024 annual meeting The policy is now in effect and will be included in the next update of the Rules & Regulations handbook. Hopefully, we don't have to use this procedure but our attorney recommended having something in place prior to ever needing to use it.
