HOA By-Laws Revised 2022
This document contains the revised by-laws of the association that were approved at the 2022 annual meeting. The revised by-laws were recorded with the Sedgwick County Register of Deeds on January 18, 2023. These by-laws replace any previous versions of the HOA by-laws
Transfer Fee Now in Effect
Effective September 1, 2024 the HOA is imposing a transfer fee of 0.20 percent of the selling price of a condominium. The transfer fee is to be paid to the HOA at the time of the closing by either the buyer, the seller or shared. Funds collected from transfer fees are restricted for use on projects that make enhancements or improvements to the HOA common areas and may not be used for operational expenses. The transfer fee is not applicable if a property is transferred to an immediate family members. Immediate family is their smallest family unit, including parents, siblings, spouses and children.
