Effective September 1, 2024 the HOA is imposing a transfer fee of 0.20 percent of the selling price of a condominium. The transfer fee is to be paid to the HOA at the time of the closing by either the buyer, the seller or shared. Funds collected from transfer fees are restricted for use on projects that make enhancements or improvements to the HOA common areas and may not be used for operational expenses. The transfer fee is not applicable if a property is transferred to an immediate family members. Immediate family is their smallest family unit, including parents, siblings, spouses and children.
